Fewer than 10 AI video generation tasks submitted since purchase
At least 80% of purchased credits remaining unused
No violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@happyhorse.movie with the following information:

Your account email address
Order number or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window
Accounts with 10 or more AI generation tasks submitted
Accounts with more than 20% of credits consumed
Free trial or promotional credits
Subscription renewals (you may cancel anytime, but no refunds for the current billing period)
Purchases made with promotional discounts or coupon codes
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Processing

All eligible refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For annual subscriptions, a 4% transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on:

The extent of credits consumed
Time elapsed since purchase
Specific circumstances of the request

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, your credits and access remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.

Data Upon Refund

Upon refund approval:

Account access to paid features will be terminated
Generated videos and associated data may be permanently deleted
Please ensure you download any content you wish to keep before requesting a refund
