Prohibited Content

You may not use HappyHorse to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute content that:

Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Nudity or sexual acts
• Content sexualizing minors in any form

Violence & Harmful Content

• Graphic or gratuitous violence
• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or radicalization
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, or dangerous activities
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide

Deceptive Content

• Deepfakes intended to deceive, defraud, or defame individuals
• Misinformation or disinformation designed to mislead
• Impersonation of real individuals without their consent
• Fraudulent or scam-related content

Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content promoting illegal drug use or trafficking
• Content facilitating money laundering or financial fraud

Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized reproduction of protected works

Harassment & Discrimination

• Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

Content Moderation

HappyHorse employs automated content safety filters on all AI-generated videos. We reserve the right to:

• Block generation requests that violate this policy
• Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy
• Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

1. Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
2. Content Removal: Violating content will be removed without notice
3. Account Suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension
4. Account Termination: Severe or persistent violations will result in permanent termination without refund
5. Legal Action: We may pursue legal action for violations that cause harm or break the law
